Greatly enjoyed our clean and fairly quiet rooms, plus the stuff was helpful. We got a room with a walk-in shower. No reason to complain, the venue met every demand, would recommend it.

The staff here is really nice and welcoming, the location is great being in the city center, and the room we stayed in was new and clean; it's also only a 15-minute drive to Clarehall Shopping Centre.

The staff at the reception felt like my personal 24/7 encyclopedia, always ready to provide info. the property was conveniently located 1.8 km from the University of Leicester. Free WiFi? More like free entertainment watching the staff struggle with the lock box code drama!
